The recently announced services aim to further enhance connectivity between Dubai and new destinations across the kingdom, following the resumption of the airline’s two weekly services to AlUla in January.
“flydubai remains committed to opening up underserved markets and so we are pleased to offer our customers more options for travel with the launch of these four destinations,” flydubai’s CCO, Hamad Obaidalla commented, emphasising that the airline looks forward to offering passengers from the UAE and around its network the opportunity to explore more of Saudi Arabia, in line with the kingdom’s continued efforts to boost economic growth and investment in developing its tourism sector.
Flight schedule
flydubai will launch two weekly services to Neom Airport (NUM) from 16 March, three weekly services to Najran Airport (EAM) from 18 March, two weekly flights to Al Qaisumah Hafar Al Batin Airport (AQI) from 21 March and four weekly flights to Jizan Airport (GIZ) from 26 April. All flights will operate from Terminal 2, Dubai International Airport (DXB).
Currently, the carrier operates a single fleet type of 76 Boeing 737 aircraft to an international network of more than 114 destinations, including 75 underserved markets that previously lacked direct air links to Dubai.
