Sharaf Travel Services has partnered up Amadeus in an effort to introduce end-to-end automation across all areas of its business. Amadeus will support Sharaf with the deployment of Amadeus Web Services and Mobile Traveller products across the travel service firm’s UAE and Oman operations.
Set to go live from April 2018, the new platform will enable Sharaf to take advantage of connectivity across a range of Amadeus content from a single point of access, which in turn will aid in managing customisable travel booking applications.

Utilising Amadeus Mobile Traveller, Sharaf will be able to remain connected to travellers who are on the go, while the Touchless Suite will help the company streamline backend operations. The latter will additionally ensure services between corporate partners are exchanged at a faster rate.
