Temporary event structure and semi-permanent building developer Losberger De Boer, has announced the appointment of a new managing director for the Middle East, Central Asia and Russian markets.
Bringing over 20 years of management experience in retail, building design, fit-out and modular building industries, Muldoon is determined to further expand Losberger De Boer’s strong market position.
Amongst his various achievements, Muldoon is credited with securing year-on-year revenue of over $100m with a high-profile UK-based retail group.
Commenting on his new target market, Muldoon shared: “The Gulf market remains highly receptive to the Losberger De Boer rapid build concept and our world-class standards.
“In addition to our range of over 70 systemised temporary event structures — all of which are European-manufactured and ISO-certified — we are excited to continue rolling out our next generation of semi-permanent buildings that look and feel like permanent buildings but can be built in weeks and not months or years.
“Crucially, our clients can start trading almost immediately on new sites while providing the flexibility to relocate at short notice if and when business circumstances change,” added Muldoon.
With a key focus on sustainability, Losberger De Boer’s temporary building concept utilises factory manufactured components that are relocatable. The models are also equipped with insulation technology that is effective enough to reduce power use for HVAC by 40%, as compared to a more traditional temporary structure.
