Strata joins forces with Dema to advance aerospace manufacturing

Strata Manufacturing, a Mubadala Investment Company PJSC (Mubadala), has inked a cooperation agreement with Dema SpA, an Italy-based aerospace company.

As per the agreement, the two companies will combine their expertise to advance their respective manufacturing service capabilities and presence within the global aerospace industry’s supply chain network.

Commenting on the agreement, Ismail Ali Abdulla, CEO of Strata said: “The aerospace sector is considered one of the most complex and globalized sectors in the world. Establishing partnerships and forming robust relationships with prominent companies in the industry plays an integral role in the solidification of our supply chain system and our next stage of growth.”

To date, Dema has garnered a wide range of capabilities in a number of highly engineered aerostructures for global passenger and defence programs belonging to notable industry players, such as Boeing and Pratt & Whitney Canada, to name a few.

Sharing his own insights on the new partnership, Vincenzo Starace, CEO of Dema SpA said: “Dema is very excited to formalize this Cooperation Agreement with Strata, who have grown to be an extremely important player in the aerospace supply sector.
