Rehlat, an online travel agency, has confirmed the extension of its long-term partnership with Sabre Corporation. The agency has for the last two years utilised Sabre’s technology to power its online platform, Rehlat.com, and will continue to do so moving forward.
Sabre’s technology has assisted Rehlat in increasing its online conversion performance, improve customer satisfaction, and is also credited with aiding the agency achieve high growth in revenue. Additionally, the technology has enabled Rehlat’s customers to better personalise their service experience.
Commenting on the extension, Bader Al Bader, president and founder of Rehlat, shared: “We have witnessed strong double-digit growth since we launched in 2015.”

Utilised by a number of agencies based in the Middle East, Sabre’s travel marketplace processes over $120bn in estimated travel spend each year.
