In addition to recently renewing its IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) Registration by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), air services provider dnata has also secured ISAGO Station Accreditations for three airports in the Philippines.
The accreditations were for Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL), Cebu Mactan International Airport (CEB) and Clark Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (CRK).
Serving as a global standard for the oversight and audit of ground service providers, ISAGO is a complementary accreditation to the globally recognised IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA). The adoption of ISAGO standards assists an organisation to mitigate safety risks and incidents costs associated with ground operations.
Margaret L. Yu, CEO, dnata Philippines, said: “Safety and security are fundamental aspects of our operations. We always aim to achieve the highest possible safety standards for our customers, their passengers as well as our employees and facilities, and our efforts are clearly reflected in our corporate culture, training and processes.
“The achievement of the prestigious ISAGO certification at all of our Philippine airports is an important milestone, which once again underscores our uncompromised focus on safety and service excellence.
“We continue to enhance our operations and safety culture by consistently improving our work practices and developing our team.”
The aviation services provider has been ISAGO registered in Manila since 2010.
