Sheremetyevo International now accessible on Air Arabia’s network

The addition of Sheremetyevo International Airport into its portfolio marks the second airport in Moscow served by Air Arabia

Air Arabia has announced strong financial results for the second quarter of this year.

Air Arabia has announced the launch of a new flight to Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow.

Serving as the airline’s second route for travel to the Russian Capital, the inaugural flight was completed on the 1 February 2018. On-board was an Air Arabia delegation headed by the airline’s group CEO.

Moving forward, the airline revealed that flights will initially operate four times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sunday. Following a brief period, the service will be upgraded to a daily beginning from 1 March 2018.

The outbound flight G9 951 will depart from Sharjah International Airport (SHJ) at 09:10 hours, arriving at Sheremetyevo International Airport (SVO) at 13:35 hours local time.

The return flight is scheduled to leave Sheremetyevo at 14:35 hours, arriving in Sharjah at 20:45 hours local time.
