Air Arabia awarded APEX “Four-Star Low-Cost Carrier 2022” rating

The APEX Official Airline Ratings is the world’s first rating programme to score airlines entirely based on certified passenger feedback. Airlines are segregated into four categories; Global Airlines; Major Airlines; Regional Airlines and Low-Cost Carriers.

The Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) operator, Air Arabia was awarded the ‘Four-Star Low-Cost Carrier 2022’ rating by The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) on Monday at the APEX/IFSA Awards Ceremony taking place in California, US.

Customer-centric

“The Four-Star Low-Cost Carrier 2022 by APEX is a testament to the confidence and trust of our customers,” the carrier’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Adel Al Ali said, stressing that “It underlines our customer-centric approach as we are devoted to providing our customers with affordable and value-added products and services to promote travelling and enabling people to explore more destinations.”

Enhanced offering

Air Arabia operates a modern fleet of 58 new A320 and A321 neo-LR aircraft, offering customers a unique onboard experience with generous seat pitches, and its “SkyCafe” menu offers a wide selection of reasonably priced snacks and meals.

Moreover, the carrier provides a free inflight entertainment system featuring a wide selection of movies, TV series, music, audiobooks and games.

Over the past year, APEX certified nearly one million flights rated by passengers across 600 airlines from around the world.
