Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Airways will resume flights to 15 more destinations in Europe, India, Middle East and Africa, starting 16 July.
The UAE national carrier will resume flights to 7 Indian cities, including the capital Delhi, Bengaluru, Kozhikode, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi.
Also included in the updated network are flights to Male in Maldives, Istanbul, Manchester, Belgrade, Dusseldorf, and Munich in Europe.
Etihad will also resume flights to Cairo and Amman.
The carrier said on its website: “Throughout July, we’re planning to operate flights to more than 40 worldwide destinations. We continue to work closely with the UAE Government and global aviation authorities to increase our network in the future.”
Travel between Abu Dhabi and other UAE emirates is currently restricted and passengers coming from another emirate must have proof of a negative test for Covid-19 within the past 48 hours in order to enter Abu Dhabi.
