Turkish Airlines is looking to increase sales on flights between the UAE in Europe after launching a campaign for November which will target passengers with discounts.
Passengers from Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are being targeted with discounts on both economy and business class tickets to major European cities.
Economy discounts are for flights to Athens, Brussels, Dublin, Marseille, Rostov-on-Don, Saint Petersburg, Samara, Strasbourg, Thessaloniki and Zurich.
Business class discounts are for flights to Athens, Barcelona, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Malaga, Munich and Valencia.
Turkish Airlines recently disclosed its traffic results for August, recording 84.8% load factor in the month.
The flag carrier’s international-to-international transfer passenger numbers rose by 9.4% compared to the same month last year.
In June, Turkish Airlines added its seventh destination to France with the addition of Strasbourg.
It is the third international destination that the carrier has added over the past year, following Sharjah in the UAE and Marrakech in Morocco.
Established in 1933 with a fleet of five aircraft, Star Alliance member Turkish Airlines has a fleet of 335 aircraft flying to 310 worldwide destinations as 260 international and 50 domestic, in 124 countries.
