Royal Jordanian signed two deals at the MRO 2013 conference and exhibition in Dubai. The show is being held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on January 22 and 23.

Liebherr-Aerospace will provide repair and overhaul services for the landing gears of RJ's three Embraer 175s and five 195s from January 22. According to the five-year agreement, the overhaul program will be carried out at Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH facilities in Germany, granting Royal Jordanian accessibility to Liebherr stores for items and stocks needed for maintenance.

As part of another deal, the airline selected Messier-Bugatti-Dowty (Safran) to provide wheels and electric brakes for its Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet, that are scheduled to start joining the fleet in August 2014. Messier-Bugatti-Dowty also supplies the main and nose landing gears for all Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
