Turkish Airlines expands France network with Strasbourg addition

Turkish Airlines, the national carrier, has added its seventh destination to France with the addition of Strasbourg. Starting from 31 May 2019, the airline will operate four weekly flights between Istanbul Airport and Strasbourg Entzheim Airport.

The latest addition to its network is the third international destination that the carrier has added over the past year, following Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates and Marrakech in Morocco.

The inauguration ceremony that was held in Strasbourg was attended by Turkish Airlines’ Southern Europe Vice President for Sales, Ömer Faruk Sönmez.

Established in 1933 with a fleet of five aircraft, Star Alliance member Turkish Airlines has a fleet of 335 aircraft flying to 310 worldwide destinations as 260 international and 50 domestic, in 124 countries.
