The Middle East is an important region for Air BP, an aviation fuel products and service supplier.
With over 100 commercial aviation, general aviation and military customers in the Middle East, Air BP’s operations have grown considerably. Visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to find out more about Air BP’s low carbon solutions.
Air BP is the first aviation fuel supplier to achieve carbon neutrality for its into-plane fuelling services across its international network. Air BP is committed to producing, blending and supplying sustainable aviation fuel and will be talking about the latest developments at the show.
Air BP has been supplying sustainable aviation fuel in the Nordics since 2014 and globally has supplied around 15 different airports. Air BP will also showcase its Airfield Automation digital technology at the Dubai Airshow.
The cloud-based platform is designed to reduce the risk of misfuelling and automate real time collection and transmission of customer fuel delivery receipts data. This helps airport fuelling operators continuously improve the safety, reliability, efficiency and compliance of their operations.
It is the first commercially deployed system in the world to provide an engineering barrier to actively help prevent misfuelling. Air BP already markets and sells fuel at over 20 locations throughout the Middle East region, including eight specifically in the UAE.
