Emirates set to unveil new academic programme ahead of Careers UAE 2019

Ahead of this week’s Careers UAE 2019 event, Emirates Group has announced that it will launch a new programme aimed at motivating national school graduates to explore career opportunities within the field of applied technology.

The “Technologist” programme as it’s called will comprise of four years of academic education and two years of on-job training. Gaining key exposure and skill sets associated with a wide range of technologies and technical capabilities, graduates of the programme will have the opportunity to work within a number of operational or enterprise technology roles.

As part of its participation at Careers UAE 2019, which is set to run from 19 – 21 March at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Emirates Group will showcase its other National School Graduate Programmes. This includes the National Cadet Pilot, Emirates Airport Service, Skycargo, and dnata Travel curriculum.

The group is also expected to unveil potential employment opportunities for would-be job seekers across its various business units. Prospective employees will be able to explore opportunities within the groups’ human resources division, procurement, IT, facilities management, as well as internal audit and finance department.
