A trained pilot instructor accompanies customers into the cockpit (and throughout the flight) and explains the procedures before take-off.
Customers can choose to fly to or from 24,000 airports worldwide.
All the navigation equipment and screens expected of an aircraft cockpit are present.
The detailed simulated cities displayed on the screens, such as the Burj Khalifa that can be seen in the distance, help enhance the experience.
iPILOT was founded in 2009 by German entrepreneur Wolfram Schleuter and the firm has stores in 10 locations in five different countries. The firm opened its first simulator in Dubai in November 2012.
